Cancade CBI Gravel Body

  • Double wall design (10 gauge inner, 12 gauge outer)

Box front:

  • 10 gauge high tensile steel
  • 57″ high
  • Doghouse is formed in one piece, rest of front is sectioned
  • Reinforced doghouse with replaceable bolt on trunion blocks

Box sides:

  • Outer wall built with 12 gauge 36,000 yield
  • Inner wall built 10 gauge high tensile steel HSLA grade 50 (50,000 yield)

  • Full inside liner (double wall)

Box floor:

  • 3/16″ ar200 one piece plate inner wall is bent inwards and meets the floor- therefore sloped portion is 10 ga

Tailgate:

  • Sloped tailgate

  • Outer built with 10 gauge 30,000 yield and formed cross ribs
  • Inner built with 3/16″ ar200 steel plate

Tipping sill:

  • 3/16″ inch steel
  • 8″ high
  • “hat” style -32 15/16″ on center
